Fantasy Terrain – April update

Ive added some hills to my fantasy terrain.

Thats a rather small update but i wanted to get this done between other projects. Hills are important part of Old World battlefield and i felt they were missing in my games. Some time ago i bought those plastic hills from GW under assumption they are already painted, with grass added and everything. Yes i know it sounds like wishfull thinking but they did sold terrain like this during 6th ed era i think. Anyway when i finally got them i was dissapointed it require any extra work, because they are not that fantastic in the first place. Its easy to do something similiar on your own, or print something even nicer. Still its a decent piece of terrain so i planed but i needed some time to think what to do with them. I also had some hand made hill i did waaaay back. I definitely required and update so i wanted to do them all at the same time. I didnt wanted to do any fancy work on them, just some quick work that will bring them up to my recent standards. I also wanted them to look ok on my gaming matt. With all this in mind i bought few different types of flock from my hobby store and went on with the project.
